It was a gorgeous day in early October, I was on my way to meet Lillian at her grandmother Julia's home for her location senior portraits . The journey took 45 minutes down south to Lancaster, Ohio; I have enjoyed the picturesque scenery and the rolling hills just as I've arrived the destination. I quickly came to realize this was no ordinary place, but a beautiful one-of-a-kind estate crafted with labor of love.
The property is a mecca for photographers - tree-lined driveway, pond, streams, vineyard, deep woods, wooden bridge, vintage barn, old silo, and a custom made Japanese pergola... Julia's warm hopitality quickly made me felt right at home, as we've also chatted about our similar passion in landscaping and design.
Thanks to Lillian's knowledge of the property and our John Deere Gator ride, we explored all over the property but lost count on how many photo stops we've made. The fast-approaching sunset was the perfect finale and backdrop to this memorable senior photo shoot.
